About Me: I am 55, Married forever it seems. I have 2 beautiful daughters, the eldest just presented me with my first grandchild, who I had the distinct pleasure of witnessing enter this world. I have been a nurse for many many years, I love the work I do, simply cannot imagine doing anything else with my life. I love reading, if its 3 words strung together, I will read it. Probably spend way too much time on the computer, but in my defense some of that time is spend doing genealogy research, sigh, the rest of the time is playing "Litarati", I admit, I'm addicted. Due to the hours I work, I have been known to garden at 2 am, which seems to bother some of my neighbors for some reason. I have a warped sometimes sick sense of humor, but it gets me through some of the harder times in life, that and my faith. I'm just your standard issue middle aged female. (with my own twist)
Hobbies:: Reading, Cooking, Performing Arts, Creative Arts, Music, gardening(flower and herb)
Favorite Movies:: anything that entertains or teaches, I don't care for "blood,guts,gore" movies. I prefer movies with a psychological twist rather than just shock value, and always comedies. love story, chick flicks not so much
Favorite TV Shows:: CSI, NCIS, Cold Case, House, Deadliest Catch, Law&Order SVU, also a lot of "History Channel"
Favorite Music:: old heavy metal, hard rock, jazz, classical, blues, very eclectic taste in music
