About Me
I'm Liz and I'm from London! Hello everyone. I have a wonderful company called Passion 4 Life. My dream came out of a year of travelling, study, learning and teaching in New York, Thailand and India! I also visited the Bahamas, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. I had a great year in 2007-2008! Passion 4 Life is about Dance, Movement and health, my passions. I trained and worked as a nurse for 17 years, trained as a dancer, Pilates teacher and massage therapist. And I have studied and practiced yoga for about 11 years. I use all of these wonderful experiences in subtle and dynamic ways, helping clients to achieve a sense of awareness about their bodies, assisting them in listening to their bodies with subtlety. Its so much fun and so rewarding to watch someone's mood and body change in the space of an hour. I worked from home for about 15 months and felt so blessed to live in an area of wildlife conservation. My studio windows spanned out to the most beautiful green gardens and the curious visitors of foxes, squirrels and birds were privy to some of my sessions with clients! Now I have closed my studio and I'm moving on to live on a farm for a short while while I re-organise my business ideas and strategy. I so look forward to connecting with the women on this incredible network and offering whatever advice I can about health, wellness, dance and my experiences as a startup!
