I am a 28 year old communications & marketing manager. I recently lost my job, due to..... of course recession. Oh well. I love to read and write, I love sports, I am curently training to run a marathon and love to travel. I love to learn new languages. I speak english, spanish, french and german (the last one not so fluent, but still working on it) I love working and beeing active, I am also very creative and always figuring out new business opportunities. I love to read novels, but I am addicted to health and sports articles, books or magazines. I also love to read about archaeology and anthropology.     Mariana,

    You are in the right state with your qualifications. I doubt that you will have a tough time finding a job although you may have to come a little further north. Many of the Fortune 500 are headquartered in Big D and seek multilingual talent, with management experience and marketing and communications skills. They are all doing business globally and all of your skills are a plus. Maybe there are a few satelite offices in your area. But if you are willing to look north I bet you'll find something fast (Alcatel-Lucent, Celanese, Sabre, ENSCO, ADS, Blockbuster believe it or not, and I am sure there are more) .
