About Me
I'm 40 and I love cooking, reading, and running. I also love music from the '90s as well as classical and opera. After a recent layoff I am finding myself again through running. John "The Penguin" Bingham is a major inspiration for me regarding my running goal. He's written several books and has a column in Runner's World magazine. There's also a Newbie Chronicles column that cracks me up--the author's ability to laugh at himself (his triumphs and challenges) is heartwarming. I am an avid reader and lately I have been splitting my reading time between autobiographies, tech journals, and Runner's World magazine. Here at Excelle, the quizzes, articles, and videos are informative, inspiring and just plain fun. With so many to choose from the groups are a great place to find support through new friendships.
