    Summary: The company could not offer many hours to Jennifer during my tenure as manager at H&R Block so I did not get the opportunity to work with her much. Jennifer desired more hours and was reliable. I feel, given more hours, and more time together, that Jennifer would have given more to the position than she was able to give.
