About Me
Don’t Quit When things go wrong, as they sometimes will When the road you’re traveling seems all up hill When the funds are low, and the debts are high And you want to smile, but you have to sigh When care is pressing you down a bit Rest if you must, but don’t you quit. Life is queer with its twists and turns As everyone of us sometimes learns And many a failure turns about And he might have won had he stuck it out Don’t give up though the pace seems slow You may succeed with another blow Success is failure turned inside out The silver tint of the clouds of doubt And you never can tell how close you were It may be near when it seems so far So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit It’s when things seem worse that you must not quit This is what I read everyday. This explains me the best. I get down but I rise up again. I lose sometimes but what I gain in return is priceless. I may cry, but when I smile it erases the tear stains. I might feel the rain, but I know there will be sunshine again. I might worry at times, but my faith in God quickly reminds me that I will be okay. Even more than ok, I will rise up again like an eagle and soar through the sky. My eagle is red, white and blue. I love my country. And I totally respect our men and woman who have fought and who are still fighting now for our freedom. With God by myside who gives me hope and promise and with my children who give me unconditional love and respect and total devotion, I can do anything. I am strong, powerful. I am woman!
