About Me
Have you ever wondered what happened to your resume and why they haven't called or even worse, had that interview and never heard form them again? It is perplexing and many people do not realize that it may be the "little" things that get you tossed into the "out" basket. I provide a service providing personal imagine consulting. What is it that I do? I review a person completely, checking wardrobe, make-up, hair style, resumes, and coach interviewing skills. I have even secretly observed people at work. What do they pay me for? An unbiased opinion on what changes they can make to help set them apart from colleagues or other job applicants. I tell them what their best friend, husband, and even their boss will not and although honesty is not fun sometimes, these people are already motivated to do what they need to get ahead. They are investing in themselves and making sometimes minor changes which are life changing. My experience in HR, in management, and as hiring consultant has given me a big toolbox which I use to help others. Change is a great motivator. Its does not matter what type of change you are experiencing. Whether it is a new job, career, lifestyle, or graduating from school to a professional level, we all face change in life. How well we roll those changes directly affects our enjoyment and success. Life is simply too short to be miserable and unsuccessful. What is holding you back? I am here on Womanco hoping to look at the many possibilities we have as multi-talented women, to network and make some awesome friends.
