Top 50 companies for female executives
Source: Memphis Business Journal
April 21, 2009
Several companies with Dayton-area operations have landed on the National Association for Female Executives’ 2009 list of the top 50 companies for executive women. Among those are PNC Financial Services Group Inc. (NYSE: PNC), Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG), JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) and MetLife (NYSE: MET). The association, which was founded in 1972 and is owned by Working Mother Media, annually surveys companies about programs and policies that help women move up into top roles. Placement also depended on the number of women in each company, in senior management and on its board of directors. Companies had to have at least two women on their board.
