There are so many things to do in the city...from arts, music, dining, night clubs for all ages, a half hour to the shore, shopping. I am a 40 year old lesbian and there are lots of thing for all woman to do, whether single or in a relationship. I often go to PPAC (Providence Performing Arts Center) and see live shows, Broadway, musicals, live music. For a small state, there is something to do for every season. Antiqueing is my favorite past time and there are many shops to visit. There are great hair salons and spas in the city and right outside the city. I live 10 minutes south of the city and I often go to the city. I wouldn't change where I live at this time in my life!!!!! In the spring, summer and early fall months we have a great artistic musical outside on the Providence River called Waterfire. You have to see it to believe it. The festivals in and around the city are spectacular! And we have some of the best dining in the country!!! Come visit if you have never been here before!!!!
