LOVE THIS BOOK! I am following the study with 'O' and it is really eye opening. I've heard a lot of negative about it, but I think you have to be open to understanding and not get the wrong impression before reading it. It is all about living life NOT about religion.

What an amazing book! We are getting a real insight into ourselves, how to be present. We are learning how to observe our ego, so that we can be in charge of our lives rather than our ego, and how to discover our inner space and lead an awakened life.

I read this book in 2006 and it was so easy to follow and understand. I enjoyed Tolle's interesting concepts about being present and I'm so pleased that this book went on to feature in Oprah's live classroom with the author, last year.
