Reading this book has been a life changing experience. So much so that I have become a better me. I have lost 75lbs and have become more of the mother, friend and person that I want to be. I now understand that I have control over me. I am where I am and doing what I am suppose to do at this time. I truly have inner peace with all that is around me. I am now reading several other Louise Hay books. I bought several of these books and have given them as gifts in hopes they can help other as they have helped me.

I was a little disappointed with this book. I've read SO many in this genre and found the gist of this one to be encouraging but not motivational; the content was organized yet repetitive; and the tone was professional yet arrogant. I like it but I have not yet come to love it. Maybe a few more reads will do the trick, maybe not...

Gorgeous book that sits on my mantlepiece and I return to time and time again. A very good read, written by an incredibly inspiring lady.
