Posted about 1 year ago Are you wearing the look you've had since high school? If you have a bad hair day, is your whole day shot? Do you spend more money on your hair than is reasonable? Long or short? Would you ever switch the way you wear your hair now?

Are you wearing the look you've had since high school? No. If you have a bad hair day, is your whole day shot? No, although my confidence gets a boost when I feel that I'm looking my best. Do you spend more money on your hair than is reasonable? No, I use the least expensive chain in the area, since I just need a basic haircut. I have natural curl/wave, and I don't color my hair. Long or short? Would you ever switch the way you wear your hair now? Shoulder-length. I switch back and forth between this length and short layers. Currently I'm wearing it this length because earlier in the year my husband, looking at an older photo of me, commented on how pretty my hair looked longer; then when I went for my next haircut the beautician, who knew nothing of what my husband had said, volunteered that my hair was too short. I figured I'd take a hint. Jane G. Chambers

Posted about 1 year ago I've never had the energy to worry/fret over my hair - it's the stuff on top of my head, so no bad hair days for me, ever! I have two looks - very, very short - and just below my chin (still short, but curly). I change my hair color, hair style, length as the spirit moves me -- what's reasonable as far as costs go? If I don't like the way things are going (in general) I'll change up my hair -- it's a quick and easy way to get things moving in a new direction, guaranteed.

Posted about 1 year ago I change the style every few years. My hair has been short since college, and there are limits with short hair.

Posted about 1 year ago I've worn my hair long since 1999. This past june I chopped off 14 inches and straightened my naturally curly hair and dyed it black. It put my hair an inch or 2 below my ears. It was very cool during this hot summer but now I miss it .

Posted 11 months ago I don't have the same style I had in high school (a flip with bangs). But when I was a sophomore in college, I wore a very large Afro. I've had my hair styled in every way possible except for a curly perm. When I have a bad hair day, the day is a total loss for me. I can't stand going someplace and my hair's not looking its best. My cousin does my color, cut, and relaxer for me, and I wash and style my hair myself. So I don't spend as much money as I would going to a salon. The longest my hair has been was past my shoulders when I was little. I've also had it short, which I loved. Right now it's not all one length. The longest part is almost touching my shoulders, and the shortest part (except for the bangs) is just at the jawline. I wear it straight most of the time. But I'm thinking about either wearing it curly or cutting it shorter so I can have a new look.

| Posted 11 months ago My hair is very thick and hard to manage. I've had a lifetime of bad hair days. I have finally figured out how to fix my hair so it looks good with a flat iron. I go in cycles with my hair, I grow it out for about 4 years, then it drives me crazy to the point I cut it. I then grow it out again. 6 years ago I finally had it all down to my butt and when my son was 2 months old I cut it all off. I cut it really short about 2 years ago - that's the cut in my profile. Now that I've figured out how to style it, I'm going to try to grow it out. I love having long hair. I do go to a salon to have it cut and colored. I used to be blond(ish) and my husband bugged me for years to dye it red. I finally did it and love have red hair. I get it done at the salon because if I did it, it wouldn't be even and I'd probably be blind from getting the dye in my eye each time! My hair has always been straight, except for a wave right around my ears. It's weird, I swear my hair has a mind of it's own. But overall for all my frustrations I am grateful to still have my thick hair as I get older. June Sockol Fashion to Fit Your Style...AND Your Budget

Last month, I decided to go to the salon to have my hair cut and colored. It’s shorter (jaw length) and dark brown. It’s straight with a slight under turn and side swoop bangs. It’s easier to take care of, too. I wrap it at night and put a silk scarf on it before I go to bed. I’ll use a large curling iron to turn the ends under. But I don’t curl it every day. I’m glad I cut my hair. Now people think my cousin and I are sisters, and nobody thinks I’m her mother anymore!

No I just spritz it with water and blow it out Do you spend more money on your hair than is reasonable? Absolutely not Long or short? Would you ever switch the way you wear your hair now? I have several times. I have had my hair about midway to my waist and less than three inches all over. When I was young my hair was silver blonde, in my late twenties it turned dark brown and now it's dark brown with silver/white gaining ground.

Posted about 1 month ago My high school style was looooong, sit upon it long and stick straight, I worked hard to get it that straight as i have a bit of natural curl in it. Im a natural redhead, in my youth I hated it and dyed it a plain dark brown. wore it that way until had my first child at 25. chopped it all off to just below my ears, let the curl rule the day and let the natural color come back. Grew it back out long untl about 5 years ago and realized it made me look about 100 years old. Now at 55 it is shoulder length, and as close to my natural color as I can get it. Turned a nasty pinkish grey about 35. If I have a bad hair day? that is what clips are for, pull it back or braid it and off I go. I get it trimmed up by my daughter every few weeks. And to get the color I want I do it myself. so no real expense. I have had my hair every color under the sun. and every length and style. It is but hair and it always grows out faster than I really want it to.

Posted about 1 month ago I have had my crew cut style for more than 20 years. It's nice a low managable way to have your hair when working Manufacturing!
