How do you 'unplug'?

Posted about 1 year ago I enjoyed reading one of today's home page articles about unplugging to become more creative. Let's share our ideas for unplugging and rejuvenating. To truly unplug, I like to get away to a place that truly has no way to connect: no cell phone reception, no wireless internet, no cable TV. Because you don't have to worry about self-control. "Nature" is doing the hard work for you. All you have to do is show up - for a week, a weekend, an afternoon, even just an hour! Editor | Excelle

| Posted about 1 year ago I knwo it's sad to say this but when I finally go on vacation, it takes me a while to get used to not having my computer or my phone or my "schedule". When I can finally let go it's so wonderful...just wish I could do it more often. I admire those people who "unplug". As much as I try for some reason I am hopelessly attached...ugh! |

| Posted about 1 year ago This was a great article. There was a gentleman that said he sang along to music on the way home. I didn't think anyone else did that! I don't even like to take phone calls at that time because I want to SING... and it does make me unwind easier by the time I get home to my daughter. Great article! |
