Posted 3 months ago There is nothing more important, than the safe keeping of our children. So it is suprising how haphazard the hiring process can be for babysitters, nannys and other in-home childcare professionals. Take time to plan your interview with a potential caregiver. And listen carefully to what he or she may tell you. Here are some obvious and not-so obvious questions that are important to ask.

| Posted 2 months ago I would also conduct a background check on your prospective caregiver. Make sure he or she has not been arrested or convicted of any crimes. Also, make sure that he or she is physically and mentally healthy. |
