Great topic Coach! I wish I had seen this a couple of days ago...to participate more actively. I too help people realize a clear vision and know exactly where those thoughts can take some people!

I have my PhD in Human Services and Criminal Justice, I have a beach house in Ft. Lauderdale, my son is a happy, healthy H.S. graduate and I am running my own non-profit that empowers women and educates children to be their best!

I am the mom of one daughter who is in her last year of college and one just finishing up her first year.  My dog and cat are living in the small house in the country that I bought with a horse that I try to ride every day.  I am very comfortable in my HR position that has grown more than immaginable over the last 5 years.  I'm single but dating and I'm happy.  Oh I also am almost done with my motorcycle riding lessons, who would have ever thought me on a bike LOL.

This is one of the hardest questions interviews ask. I can't even see next week. Right now I'm facing a lay off. And get this-my office has to train and transition the office taking our jobs!!!!!

What I want to be able to do is take a huge sigh of relief that I have survived and am successful.  But I cannot see it yet.

           The vision  I am having for myself in five years is ,myself certified as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. I am happy in my job . It gives me satisfaction and self worth. I am able to grow as a person and help others along the way. I will be a traveler so I would find positions near my sisters in Florida and Pennsylvania, as well as exploring new areas.Life is good and the future is bright.

I start a new monday for special training and then be transferred to Reno Nevada.  I have never even been past Indiania and I live in Ohio so it will be a big change.  Since I am 52 and recently have been unemployed and my 401K was lost in the banking mess I will be putting money away for retirement.  I see in 5 years my children and grandchildren visiting for the holidays and they will be so glad to be in a warm spot in the middle of winter, by that time I will have an 20 year 15 year and 6 year old grandchildren.  I hope maybe one of them would like to attend college in Reno,
