Ahh, the weekend...

1. Take a nice leisurely walk along the beach in the evening with my hubby

2. Enjoy a couple of  hours of "carefree timelessness" as Matthew Kelly says with my family

3. Take mini-getaways (no more than 2 hours away)

4. Attend  "jazz on the grass" events

I am so tired I dream of sleep when I am asleep.

If I can get myself motivated enough I'll do all the "yucky/sweaty" chores done right BEFORE the wkend hits so I'll have time for other things.

1. Friday nights we stay up late watchin stuff we've dvr'd like "Little House on the Prairie"(yes I actually still like that show,LOL),"AFV", and "20/20" and/or movies.
2. Sleep in. I took that for granted. Never happens with kiddos under 7. So instead, I'll try to catch a nap when the kids do.
3.Go to the park and/or spray park.
4. I miss reading a real book w/out interruptions, that's one thing I miss & would like to add back to my wkends.
5. Long baths, that's something I refuse to give up on my wkends.
6.Sunday night church. We go to one where they have small classes/groups on many subjects. It's more interactive, w/ open discussion.

1>  Saturday morning I'll be a couch potato

2>  If it's nice out, I like to work in the yard & visit with neighbors & friends; depending on the time of the year

3>  Cook!  In the winter I make some type of soup every Sunday for me, my son, my Mom & friends

4>  Clean my house &  do all laundry so I don't have to do any of it during the week.

5>  Watch lots of movies & stuff I DVR'd

My list has changed a lot recently with the addition of a motorcycle to our household and finally giving in to the fight of being a gamer.

1.  Short road trips on the bike with the man.

2.  Date night/day - dinner/lunch and a movie or exploring something new in the area, when we can afford it.

3.  Perfect World - Gaming

4.  The man cooking Cajun food or steak.

5.  Text messages from my Niece usually come on the weekend. :-)

Since cleaning has been eliminated - and since I have no life and love to clean.... let me see

1. Spend time with my family - talking

2. Go to the lake boating, skiing, swimming (in the summer)

3. Build a nice fire and relax and watch a movie with my family.

4. Read a book.

5. Cooking lazy meals so I have more time to relax.
