Posted 5 months ago Recently, I've decided to start using social networking sites to expand my graphic design business. Before I jump on to the train with the rest of the business world, I want to know all there is to know about Twitter. Yet, through all my reading one question has not been answered. Is is better to Twitter with my name or comapny name? I have been weighting the pros and cons. What do you all think Bluelily (Shermel)

| Posted 5 months ago Being a top influencer on Twitter (top 1%) and I use it solely for business, I have done research in this. You need to be a person with a branded page that clearly states you are in business. People are 4 times more likely to connect with an avatar that is an actual person over a business logo (research done through eWN) on all social networking sites. so: 1 - use a quality headshot with great energy 2 - have a name and a buisness 3 - use twitbacks to brand your page.
I get more business and PR form Twitter than I have ANY other site I have been on! And if you look at the most successful biz peeps on Twitter that ALL follow this model. Ann M. Evanston, MA CEO Zena Enterprises
