| Posted 4 months ago I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - almost always sunny, rarely cold, and nice beaches. Other than hurricanes, it's a great place if you like a tropical climate (and at least with hurricanes, unlike earthquakes or tornados, we have plenty of notice and can leave town if we want to). |

| Posted 4 months ago I'm a Florida girl, too, only in the West Central area...Tampa Bay area is kickin'! Active, interesting, some contemporary, some historic, and some just plain wild, the area is hot and humid during summer, but fantastic during winter... you can tan all year long, if that's your thing! There are areas close by that are lovely to relax in very quiet and secluded, great for camping and hiking, but lots of action in our night-life, too. come on down and see us! http://www.marykay.com/CRabel

| Posted 4 months ago I live in Wylie, Texas just a little Northeast of Dallas, Texas. There are at least six lakes within an hours drive. There is almost any type of food available within the same area. You have the sophistication of Dallas and the Honky Tonk style of Ft. Worth too. There is shopping galore with all the name brand stores. The Women's Museum at Fair Park is one of plenty with many different themes including art, history, science and animal along with the Aquarium and Zoos in both Dallas and Ft. Worth. Music for every style. Horse racing, car racing, football, hockey and baseball to name a few of the different activities to see. Then there is Six Flags Over Texas (if it lasts after adding beer to its menus) and Hurricane Harbor. Last but not least is Southfork Ranch home to the Ewing family of the hit TV series "Dallas". Ya'll come see us some time. Sit a spell. Take off ya shoes and just relax. Of course you need to be ready for 100 degree weather. We are on about the third day of over 100 degrees already this year. If that scares ya off, you can come in the winter. We might have a little snow for a coupla days. More likely to have ice for two to three days at a time. But it sure beats the heck out of having snow up to your unh huh or higher for months at a time. RoyceFM |

| Posted 4 months ago I live in Tula, Oklahoma. Currently, this past week of June we have been under an 'excessive heat warning.' Everyday 100+ with the heat index of 106 and up. Ugh. And it's only June! However, nice place to live if one can tolerate the weather. |
