Posted 4 months ago So, why is it that I can join a networking site and make sure everyone knows I'm married, my entire profile shows I'm in it for business networking, and I never ever give indication that I'm looking for any fun or a partner, yet it seems that invariably I get that man who thinks it is OK to ask to be my "friend" and then procede to tell me about his life, that he's single, that he likes massages, and long walks on the beach, and his comments have nothing to do with any business prospect at all?
Why can't we be taken seriously as women entrepeneurs, instead of a piece of meat, or a person who has put her name out there just to find a man or a thing on the side? If we say we are looking for business prospects, believe us! That is what we mean!! |
