I don't understand why my boss always hired her ex-coworker or her friend. They claimed to have years of experience but do not know how to do the task. I am her with less experience and training the  more experience people. Sometimes I feel like i'm talking down on them. It gets me so frustrated especially when i'm not getting enough to do these things. It's not even my position to train them when we have a manager in place. I'm very discussed with the whole set-up and using me straight in the open like that. I am so mad and frustrated that I couldn't keep a calm face. This issue has occurred multiple time. The last time they hired someone like that, well that person is long gone. Now they're hiring someone who's sounded like going to be the same way. I felt so used and helpless in my situation. I wish i could just be more assertive and told them that they should know these minor work tasks. Think about it I should be the one asking questions instead of them. I'm about to jump off a bridge and dive into the cold water and drown my frustration away. Very upset!

I'm not sure I understand your point.  I have to second what the first response stated..., hopefully, what you've just typed is not how you speak or correspond in the office. If it is a may be easy for your co-workers to think you are incompetent!
