Posted about 1 year ago The EEOC seems to be less responsive or has more roadblocks to prevent certain discriminatory charges against big businessess.

| Posted about 1 year ago VRJ, do you have personal experience in a situation where the EEOC did not appropriately respond to a discriminatory complaint filed against a big corporation? When you say "big businesses" do you mean Fortune 500-type companies? Daniela

| Posted 2 months ago My younger brother filed an EEO more than four months ago and hasn't heard from them since. My experience wasn't much better. I worked for a government agency which handles all its EEO's in house. So the same people representing you have to go in front of the managers you filed against when they want a promotion. Want to take a guess how many compliants got buried? |
